ATD Integrated Talent Management Certificate Program

ATD and AHCCCS are excited to offer you ATD’s Integrated Talent Management Certificate program. You play an important role by helping your organization create and implement effective workforce development strategies that lead to high-quality service delivery. In this virtual, live instructor-led talent management program, you will uncover the practices essential to achieving a successful integrated talent management approach for your organization. This program is intended for workforce development professionals, HR professionals, or leaders actively involved in workforce development activities.

Important Registration Information

AHCCCS is paying the ATD professional development program registration fees for eligible HCBS providers through ARP (American Rescue Plan) federal funding. These programs are valued at approximately $2,000 for each registrant. If you have a scheduling conflict, you must reschedule or cancel with the ATD Customer Care Team prior to/by the 4th business day before the program start date. This ensures AHCCCS is not charged for your unused registration and opens space for others to attend the program. If you fail to reschedule or cancel your enrollment at least 4 days from the start of the program, re-registering will not permitted without ATD customer care approval.

Registration Instructions and Eligible HCBS Provider Types
After confirming commitment to be able to attend all scheduled days, select the appropriate session [Register Now} button. Complete all fields. Register using your company email address, then add full company name AND eligible HCBS provider type 2-digit code in the company name field. Use your company address in the billing address field. (Eligible HCBS providers will not be billed)

Attendance/Participation Policy
Participation in all originally scheduled days of the program and completion of all coursework is mandatory to receive the certificate of completion. ATD requires active participation throughout the program to receive credit. If a sudden scheduling conflict arises while attending the program, contact the instructor directly.

Transfer/Cancel Policy
  • By registering for this course, registrants are taking a reserved, paid seat.
  • Canceling a reserved/paid seat or transferring a reserved/paid seat to another session must be submitted prior to/by the 4th business day before the start of the program.
  • Re-registration for another reserved, paid seat in the same program is not permitted.
